NEPTUNE ENTERED ARIES!

  He don't know what I been through! I just passed the guy, rummaging for a townie to gift the musician busking while I was walking downtown Granville Street, Vancouver. This guy approached me in passing, asked to borrow my phone, insisted I could take his phone to hold, in lieu. I had to stop walking to prop my bag up on my leg at the bus stop to find that damn toonie that couldn't pop up fast enough. Meanwhile this dude was explaining how "smooth" a transaction this was, how much it 'makes sense', and quickly got agitated when I wasn’t handing over my phone in his urgentcy. I had just had my phone stolen in Thailand with a similar distraction-techniques so of course I was cautious before being helpful and in mid-dig. I simply asked why he didnt want to use his own phone since it appeared to be working, and he pressed that it was because his friend wasn't answering his call. That was all.  He rationalized his friend may answer if he sees an 'unknown caller". Impatiernt with my “stalling", he brushed the damn thing against my forearm, forcing his phone at me into my sightline, which was mostly looking down as I fought with my bag.  

 I said no outrightly then put his phone on the bench ON MY foot, as I still had no-hands, busy doing the other thing, and amidst all his insisting, like it was my duty, I was like, "No man!". And I walked off without giving the musician that toonie.  

  I share this not only because the pressure from this young guy's instant gratification need, which was being coerced onto me, had nothing to do with me, and his not respecting my boundaries... yadda-yadda, It occurred to me in that moment: HELL NO!: NEPTUNE'S IN ARIES TODAY! HAHAHA

Now, this is not to say that a transit creates a whole new way of living that miraculously solves everything, but for me personally with issues with co-depency and caring to my detriment about others, this was a great feeling and affirmation that I am growing and flowing with the changes. Honestly, Aries is impulsive, direct, bold, warrior-esc, and is a bit baby like as an energy or archetype. Aries is afterall the first sign of the entire zodiac. I know this all too well, you see, I have an Aries moon so everything said is how I take care of my needs. In this scenario above, the problem is this guy was trying to dump on me instead of filling his needs directly. HALT baby! HALT: Hungry Angry Lonely Tired...? And how is this my problem?? I didn't care to meet you.

Neptune entered Aries at the Zero Degree World Point for the first time since 1861 because Neptune takes about 165 years to go around the whole astro-wheel, and he spends aproximitly fifteen years in each sign. Consider that Neptune entered Pisces in 2011. These themes left behind just for a bit, and will return on July 4th as Neptune retros back into Pisces...so this-be a sneak peak yeah? And then we get a re-do.. What do you rememebr about that year 2011? Where are the Pisces and Aries signs in your chart? One hint: they will be side by side. Let's get into this further.

Neptune has been at the late degrees of Pisces for some time now. That 29° is called an Anoretic Degree. While all signs have this degree point, Pisces in particular is the very end of the zodiac. The Anoretic Degree is said to be a bit of a void. It's also been said, to paraphrase Pam Gregory, that it can bring about or reflect more craziness or intensity while residing here in the very last degree of any sign. 29!

To put it another way, when tracking the moon's cycles, it is said not to start anything when the moon is Void of Course. This may be considered a black hole, or the the point of nothingness before the turnover of the "old cycle" to the New Moon Phase. If I lost you here, let's look again at the astrological wheel as a whole whereby Pisces is the final sign of the zodiac and Aries is the first sign. Since it is a circle, it may seem as though there is no start or end point, which could be correct to say. At the same time, we have to have this turnover between any sign to the next as the planets moving through the sign have to step into the next one. Therefore there is a special murkey, warm, confusing phrase for this: Void of Course!. Kind of like dying? Death and birth maybe? Or ending-beginning? The sign after the one prior to it is always quite different from the one before so maybe in particular with Pisces to Aries, we have transcendence, and another word specific to Pisces: TRUST. Pisces is the fermented fruit fertilizing the earth for the Aries birth. Or take-off. Or spark. Or seed-planting. This is why a lot of people host a ritual of intention setting on the New Moon. I am unpacking all this because as Neptune is the modern ruler of Pisces we can co-relate the sign and planet. There are lots of ways to look at a chart, so if you are unsure about your exact time of birth, a versed astrologer will be able to still read the aspects your planets are making to one another, irregardless if you know how your houses are lined up. In fact, they often repeat themes. There's just different ways of reading a natal chart and all are useful. I hope you catch my drift because these are complicated topics that deserve their own chapters but I wished to introduce and connect the phases of the moon with this topic of Neptune exiting the end of the entire zodiac and entering the beginning this year. We have to talk about the Void, the Balsamic Moon, Neptune, the 29th degree and Pisces. All things formless and trusting in what one cannot see. Like dead ancestors, God, ghosts, dreams, imaginings, angels, and other important things that no one really knows the true workings.

I have a theory regarding our eating habits since Neptune has been in Pisces, (since 2011). For example, it may make sense if one was eating less, that one would be "one" with Neptune's vibe and "higher" energy maybe. I noticed people started exercising Vegetarianism or cutting out bread, burgers, pizza, or at least felt more mindful about the weight or effect of the food intake. Because Neptune represents the 5th dimension and the light body in particular, (maybe you have heard some of these catch-phrase terms amongst spiritual conversations or communities on social media in particular). To be honest, I can't speak surely about the eating, as this is my personal theory but I certainly became vegan in 2017 and over the last two years, have altogether eaten more fresh and light food in particular, less bread, etc. When did Wheat Belly come out? I just looked it up and ffs, it was publiushed in Neptune's ingress into Pisces in 2011!! When did intermittant fasting become popularized? Co-relating this fad when talking about the light- body and many theories that are difficult for one to hold in their hands. Since we have paws, we like tangible information and Neptune is not that. Neptune isn't a trickster per se, (that is more a Mercury terrain) but definitely can confuse things. Considering, Neptune rules addictions and escapism so we can add that nugget to the list of things that have taken an upswing. That seems obvious to me when one looks at the opioid epidemic. When did that start exactly?

Another important concept that we should look at with Neptune in Pisces is that as it is the watery Oceanic God, which speaking of the Ocean is a big ol' abyss. Neptune is read in the chart often enough as confusion, illusive, removing and dissolving. Neptune for sure dissolves like water on the shoreline slowly eroding so that one may not notice till much later. Neptune dissolves. In it's home sign of Pisces, there was a very strong slow removing force that when one looks back it's more obvious what the fuck just happened. Not that it's night and day changes for these outer planets, this shit takes time. But looking back we saw an uptick in refugees, opiods and addiction. There's a lot more to these epidemics, Neptune rules virus' too, which I'm not touching with a ten-foot-pole, (or six foot more fitting hahhhhahhaha). Not yet anyway. I'm jumping around in these watery waves in my description but when you look back, (and there are other planets helping with the changes but as this focus topic allows) Neptune's strong fluidity reflects lots of crisis in these areas from the years of 2011-2025.

I've had an experience with the little blue pills, and Im not refrerencing the Matrix here. I remember a friend being prescribed those little blue pills for a broken ankle when big pharma released the oral heroine, which amorally caused a lot of suffering in various communities around the states and Canada. Painkiller starring Matthew Broadwick and Uzo Aduba, (aka:Crazy Eyes) explored these subjects in a way that was such a great reveal. I'm waiting for the sequel regarding Fentanyl, which is another money-making-awful-for-humanity-downer that has presented in it's heavy-users deformities, limb loss, and many more horrid afflictions. I won't get into Capitalism and top-down authority as I will save these concepts for the Pluto ingress from Capricorn to Aquarius chapter but there has been a lot of shit to look at and has come to light with these outer planets in their final chapters of said signs. How bout Vacinnes? When I cite terms such as, "Propaganda", "Conspiracy Theories" "Misinformation" and "Censorship" doesn't it illicit more confusion? Who do we believe and who do we trust? Pluto and Neptune have been in a sextile aspect since the 50s and I like the interpretation from Susan Hopkinson Astrologer whereby she honours it this aspect in this timeframe of humanity as censorship. She used to work for NATO as well as studied Ayurvedic medicine and Yoga and covers the chart from a very unique and helpful perspective. Check her out! For most people on the planet right now have this aspect in their birthchart so it makes sense that we are all confused on what is actually happening. One of the beautiful things we can use in all this Neptune in Piscean reflections is the hallmark phrase of trust. As mentioned a Pisces' term: what we don't get to see upfront we will see in the past when we are in the future, what the fuck all that suffering was for. I hope you get my drift. Now we aren't suddenly going to burst open out of our 3D shells and suddenly become little puffs of gas or light floating around in becoiming"light bodies" or in transiting into the 5th Dimension as led to believe in many new age, spiritual communities . There is a lot of misleading theories that people take so far that it may be deemed harmful. Like, how do you take your escapism? With a side of spiritual bypassing? Believing that we are saved suddenly somehow because we've entered the Age of Aquarius and have completed the Piscean age, now that these outer planets have ingressed into these new signs that somehow magically we are living in the garden of Eden. Shit don't work like that. Our calender sucks. We made it up, it doesn't translate into the UNiversal abyss that is overwhelming to think of. Transformation takes work, heart, power, and a collective focused force that no one individual person can escape while in this reality. Well, I mean there's many ways to try it synthetically, and considering each individual has their path, I get addictions. I get meditating on a mountain top too, thank god for everyone because I'm not going to either of those places but they are helpful to have in my own consciousness.

   Simply, as Molly McCord says, (regarding the confusion of moving beyond the 3D reality into 5D), "you still have hands"  haha, practically speaking. Thanks for that Molly! I’ve purchased many of her workshops but she gives a lot away for free on youtube, etc. As do many of the greats I would suggest. I'm very grateful for the workshops and forums I've attended in the past year and have really been able to up my astrological knowledge and game since participating in schools. Also, read more books than rely on youtube if you have the time. It helps.

Neptune represents homelessness, and I have definitely seen an increase in this area, especially as I have performed Mental Health Work in the poorest community in Canada. Not judging the people but it's absolutely discusting that a resoource-richcountry such as Canada sees so much destitution and it may have to do with a disconnection with spirtuality and family erosion. Our focus has been about money making and material and it's not flying anymore. In fact, people are being asked to work longer and harder for basic necessities. It's fucked here in Canada. In fact, I'm sure many of us are wondering when we will be out in the streets for trying to afford living in this new world that is falling apart. While the earth will always be here, we won't. So while we are here, why shouldn't we pay attention, be the proper stewarts that will be of use in collaborating with beauty and love, the heart-forward possibility that we are all evolving towards. This doesn't mean letting some asshole take your phone because you should love your brother. You're not Jesus Christ, or Buddha, it's great to be inspired and love these two plus plus, fill in the blanks, whatever helps you feel love in your heart, but least we forget the shadow side of Pisces where we can be martyrs, self-flaggulating freaks that tear our own turf up in the name of the suffering of others. What the fuck is that? Get real. In this respect, be mindful where you give too much. I believe in this heart-forward evolutionary cycle, in fact I couldn't stop giving if I tried, but too much is too much. And we need you in your individuality, (Aries) your specific interests, foibles and folleys, stupid comments, bad actions. Remember to just forgive yourself first and if you really shit the bed, just clean it up. Or do what you need to do because you will know from natural law what is guilt and what is societal influenced bullshit that don't hold water.

Lastly, Neptune rules dreaming. The sweet things that life is made of. From my opinion. My dreams have been launched these last few months but had been escalating vividly over the last couple years. I went back to keeping a dream journel, which is a great exercise for the brain too. I did it for years as I have a dream deck in my collection, which enables one to look up the objects and actions being performed in the dreamscape and provides archetypes, metaphors and deep understanding, innnerstanding would be a better word as dreaming is communication from the higher self, (a Neptune-indication in the birth chart) or the subconscious if you prefer that term. It has been extremely helpful getting into the habit of rolling over and writing before I am even awake, you should see some of those notes in my chapters, hahah very Neptunian scribble. 

Neptune is Hollywood, actors and filmmaking. A Neptunian movie that is a great example of surreal, water images and meaning, is that Pro-Life propaganda film about Marilyn Monroe. It is a beautifully acted and shot piece, but the messages, which I didn't catch till I watched it with my friend and she helped me pay attention to the dialogue and messages the writer-producer ws sending. Hidden meanings not so hidden, as she is having conversations with her "unborn fetus" and saying weird shit like, "Marilyn's just the vessel, baby gets his wish" as she churns pancake batter in her kitchen. Seems obvious now but I was lured by the beauty of the acting and cinematography. Plus I love me a good Marilyn Monroe story even if its not really up for interpretation. haha. It's quite leading actually. But Neptune does this: pulls the wool over ones eyes and convoludes. 

   But dreaming is where it is at! All things Neptune. It dissolves in action, and removes similar to Pluto but via mystery, not sudden electric shocks like Uranus or foundation shifts we see with Pluto. Nonetheless, it describes changes. 

Now that we have this new point of reference with Neptune currenty at 0 degrees of. Aries, its a new ballgame and we can only wait forthe changes that come. There's much more with the impending shift of Uranus into Gemini in July and considering Pluto' s recent ingress into Aquarius. All these outer planetary shifts make for great change, revolutionary launches and great development of spiritual connection. 

  Also, there's been an uptick in Gnosticism. A worthy mention in all this as it involves astro-travel, kundalini fire rising and connecting to self as a source of spirit.

Neptune will retrograde back into Pisces one more time before re-entering in 2026, (all planets retrograde each year) and will enter Aries WITH Saturn launching a whole not state of energy.
